The subject of the contract is the implementation of the study entitled: "Environmental noise protection program for the Silesian Voivodeship"

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of a study entitled: "Noise protection program for the Silesian Voivodeship"

2. The description of the object of the contract (abbreviated: OPZ) is Annex 3 to SWZ/Annex 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract.

3. The designed provisions of the Agreement on the above public procurement to be entered into the contents of the contract are set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ.

5. The subject of the contract is co-financed from the funds of the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice.

The Contractor shall include information on the created document on co-financing the subject of the contract from the funds of the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice in accordance with the "Rules for marking projects co-financed by WFOŚiGW in Katowice".

6. The "Environmental Noise Protection Program for the Silesian Voivodeship" together with the environmental impact forecast (if required) will be published on the www.slaskie.pl website and in the Public Information Bulletin, which are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Electronic materials should meet accessibility criteria. The Contractor is obliged to perform them in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines on the basis of the provisions resulting from the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 82, as amended).
