Procurement for the organization and management of transition paths from adolescence to adulthood for boys with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for the duration of two years.
The service is aimed at adolescents and young adults with ASD (support level 1-2) of the age group 16-20 years (approximately up to 6-12 months after the exit of the school course). They can access the service up to a maximum of 15 users per day. The service consists in the design and planning of individual and group activities inside and/or outside a headquarters made available to the contractor, with the following macro-objectives:
1) in the choice of a post-school orientation that begins already during the last years of school attendance (self-awareness of its strengths and fragility — assessment of preferences/ interview on values):
2) development of work skills (expansion of interests — exploration of talents — acquisition of specific work skills — social and work behaviour — autonomy of work);
3) autonomy (social, displacement, group life, opportunities and social risks).
