Project management for the rehabilitation of buildings F and G and the extension of building F of the Cité Gérôme with a view to the creation of tertiary premises the structure concerned mainly belongs to the category of structures and buildings in reuse or rehabilitation. The object of the contract is to perform the following project management missions - basic missions + additional SSI and EXE missions - OPC mission (possible additional service). The estimated budget for the works is 3,200,000 EUR excluding tax. Delivery must be effective by the end of 1 er quarter 2023. The market includes a firm phase and an optional phase:

- firm phase: closed-open rehabilitation, elevator and stairs, delivery of raw platforms with primary distribution of technical installations;

- optional phase: layout of the floors including wall, floor, ceiling, partitioning, interior joinery, final distribution of technical installations.
