The procurement refers to framework agreements for remediation and restoration works of fire and water damage and related works. The framework agreement relates to about half of B's total real estate stock.
Estimated value for the framework agreement amounts to approximately SEK 10 million in the area of water damage, based on how it looked in the previous year and an estimate of future damage. Fire damage is more unpredictable but is also estimated at about 10 million kronor per year. In total, the estimated value for the procurement is up to SEK 20 million per year. The ceiling value of the framework agreement is 80 million SEK throughout the contract period.
B intends to sign contracts with three (3) framework contract providers.

The procurement refers to framework agreements for remediation and restoration works of fire and water damage and related works. The framework agreement relates to approximately half of B's total real estate stock, about 2600 apartments in the stock are subject to Järfällahus's strategic partnering agreement for sustainable renovation and exempted this agreement. Areas and addresses are shown in the Annex List.
Other major remediation measures where estimated value of the mission exceeds current deductibles in Järfällahus property insurance, Järfällahus reserves the right to decide that the assignment should instead be carried out by the contractor of the insurance company.

B, however, cannot guarantee a call volume for the contract period without this due to budget, need for measures in the building of the order and managed property and other policy decisions, etc. E undertakes to carry out works against the actual need arising. B has the sole right to determine the scope and timing of disrosion. The ceiling value of the framework agreement is 80 million SEK throughout the contract period.
B intends to sign contracts with three (3) framework contract providers.
Discrimination may refer to remediation works both indoors and outdoors. Two types of call-offs may apply to the agreement.
For assignments with an estimated value up to SEK 800 000, strict ranking shall apply, which means that the supplier with ranking 1 must be asked first. If he turns down, the question may go to number 2 in the ranking, etc. Strict ranking applies regardless of geographical area.
If the mission cost is estimated to exceed SEK 800 000, renewed competition restocking shall be implemented for the framework contract suppliers. For renewal of competition, the selection of L shall take into account some or all of the criteria specified below above the agreed minimum requirements:
