as part of the health surveillance of natural shellfish deposits organized by the ARS Pays de la Loire, the contract concerns the following services: - taking shellfish samples; - bacteriological and chemical analyses of shellfish samples; - additional sampling and analysis services following anomalies, suspicions of contamination, analytical non-compliance or health emergencies; - provision of the procedure and packaging equipment necessary for taking samples from the "Shells" matrix by the agents of the Ars Pays de la Loire to the laboratory; - transfer of analytical results by computer, in accordance with the SISE specifications. - where appropriate, organization of transport and proper routing of samples to the laboratory, in compliance with the standards in force;
