The subject of the contract is the provision of green and paved maintenance services, implemented in military facilities in Balice, Oświęcim, Nowy Targ, Brzoskwini, Zabierzów, Cholerzyn, Mników and Morawica k/Krakow, within two tasks.

Task No. 1: Maintenance services for green and paved areas in military facilities in Balice, Cholerzyn, Nowy Targ, Brzoskwinia, Zabierzów, Mników

and m. Morawica near Krakow, consisting in maintaining green and paved areas

Task No. 2: Maintenance services for green and paved areas in military facilities in the city of Oświęcim.

1. Maintenance services for green and paved areas in military facilities in Balice, Cholerzyn, Nowy Targ, Brzoskwinia, Zabierzów, Mników

and m. Morawica near Krakow, consisting in maintaining green and paved areas.

2. The detailed scope, quality standards, green areas, frequency and conditions for the provision of services shall be illustrated by:

- Appendix no. 3 to the SWZ – "Draft provisions of the agreement";

- Appendix No. 4 to SWZ – "Description of the subject of the contract for task No. 1";

- Appendix no. 5 to SWZ – "Detailed price offer for task 1".
