Task I: transport task on the route Tychy John Paul II – Oświęcim Dąbrowskiego MiastoThe expected total operational work during the contract implementation period for the above-mentioned line is: BN rolling stock – 94,000.00 wzkm, with the proviso that the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the total operational work:
1) in the event of changes to the line by the Organizer of public transport (Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, on behalf of which the Metropolitan Transport Authority acts);
2) in the event of temporary unforeseen circumstances, independent of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, related to ad hoc road repairs, failures of the road network system, road accidents or collisions or for other reasons preventing the functioning of public transport on the route specified in the current timetable.
A detailed timetable will be provided to the Contractor before the conclusion of the contract.
Task II: transport task on the route Tychy Railway Station – Lędziny Rachowy OsiedleThe expected total operational work during the term of the contract for the above-mentioned line is: BN rolling stock – 117,000.00 wzkm, with the proviso that the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the total operational work:
1) in the event of changes to the line by the Organizer of public transport (Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, on behalf of which the Metropolitan Transport Authority acts);
2) in the event of temporary unforeseen circumstances, independent of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, related to ad hoc road repairs, failures of the road network system, road accidents or collisions or for other reasons preventing the functioning of public transport on the route specified in the current timetable.

1) in the event of changes to the line by the Organizer of public transport (Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, on behalf of which the Metropolitan Transport Authority acts);
2) in the event of temporary unforeseen circumstances, independent of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, related to ad hoc road repairs, failures of the road network system, road accidents or collisions or for other reasons preventing the functioning of public transport on the route specified in the current timetable.

1) in the event of changes to the line by the Organizer of public transport (Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, on behalf of which the Metropolitan Transport Authority acts);
2) in the event of temporary unforeseen circumstances, independent of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, related to ad hoc road repairs, failures of the road network system, road accidents or collisions or for other reasons preventing the functioning of public transport on the route specified in the current timetable.

1) in the event of changes to the line by the Organizer of public transport (Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, on behalf of which the Metropolitan Transport Authority acts);
