Supply and delivery of stationery and school supplies

the municipalities of Dammarie-les-Lys, Boissise-le-Roi and Pringy agree by an agreement, to group in accordance with Article L. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code, in order to optimize their orders relating to the supply and delivery of stationery and school supplies.The coordinating member of the group is the City of Dammarie-Les-Lys. The contracting authorities will be autonomous in the execution of the framework agreement. Place of execution: - 77310 BOISSISE-LE-ROI- 77190 DAMMARIE-LES-LYS- 77 310 Pringy.This is a remunerated framework agreement, in accordance with article R 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement, within the maximum annual limit of 150,000 euro (s) (excl. VAT) .However, for information purposes, the estimated and non-contractual amounts of consumption are as follows: - annual forecast for the City of Dammarie-les-Lys: 45,000 euro (s) excluding tax; - annual forecast for the City of Boissise-Le-Roi: 25,000 euro (s) excluding tax; - annual forecast for the City of Pringy: 21,000 euro (s) (excl. VAT).
