The subject of the contract is the purchase and assembly of medical equipment along with the assembly and training of employees in the use of equipment - ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC DEVICE WITH TRANSESOPHAGEAL HEAD - 1 pc. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" on the terms set out in the contract template constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority authorizes the submission of equivalent tenders
The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions.
a) The Ordering Party stipulates that wherever trademarks, patents or origin, sources or detailed processes that characterize products or services provided by a specific contractor have been indicated in the content of the documentation constituting the description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party shall allow methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to those presented in the description of the subject of the contract. Therefore, it is allowed to propose in the offer any equivalent market equivalents with properties not worse than those indicated by the Ordering Party. The parameters of the indicated standard define the minimum technical, operational, utility, quality and functional conditions to be met by the subject of the contract. The indicated trademarks, patents, brands or names of the manufacturer or the sources or specific processes indicating the origin specify only the class of product, method, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc.
b) Methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. may be accepted in the offer. other brands and manufacturers, but with technical, quality and functional and functional parameters corresponding to methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. described in SWZ.
c) The contracting authority, describing the subject of the contract by referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described, and the words "or equivalent" shall be added to such reference.
d) If in the documentation constituting the description of the subject of the contract is described by means of specific standards, European technical assessments, approvals or technical specifications and technical reference systems and by indicating trademarks or origin, the Contracting Authority informs that this record is only an example and is an indication for the Contractor what features should have materials used to implement the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows the execution of the contract through the use of equivalent solutions. By providing the names of its own products, the Ordering Party specifies the minimum technical parameters, functional and quality characteristics (m.in.: dimensions, composition, material used, color, shade, purpose of devices, aesthetics, etc.) that equivalent materials should meet to meet the requirements."
e) Whenever equivalent solutions have been allowed in the description of the subject of the contract, it means: a solution technically similar and not worse in terms of functional parameters, described by the Ordering Party.
(f) The Contractor submitting an equivalent tender shall be required to prove the equivalence of the products offered.
