GIVAS, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a contract for emptying sludge with one or several tenderers and therefore invites tenderers to an open tender contest for emptying and delivering sludge from private sewage installations. The assignment will mainly consist of emptying sludge tanks and septic tanks from households, holiday homes and private communal installations in GIVAS' area, to be understood here as Eidskog, Grue, Kongsvinger.

The assignment is for emptying sludge from widespread buildings, interceptors for sludge and blocked collection tanks, that the municipality is obliged to carry out pursuant to the Pollution Act § 26. Prices shall be given for associated services as an option.
