Award of public passenger transport services in the line bundles "Maintal-Südwest" and "Bachgau-Mümling"
Award of public passenger transport services in the line bundle "Maintal-Südwest"The administrative district of Miltenberg is a voluntary public transport authority pursuant to Article 8(1) of the Law on Local Public Transport in Bavaria (BayÖPNVG) and thus at the same time the competent authority under Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. In the context of this call for tenders, it awards a public passenger transport contract to one or more operators within its district territory. The public passenger transport contract covers passenger transport services by motor vehicles in accordance with Paragraphs 42 and 43 of the PBefG. The contract begins on 01.01.2024 and ends after a term of 103 months on 31.07.2032.
The capacity volume for Lot 1 "Maintal-Südwest" currently comprises a nominal 421,952 Fpl-km in the regular operating year. It includes the following lines:
- Line 56 Sulzbach – Niedernberg - Großostheim
- Line 60 Obernburg-Elsenfeld – Großwallstadt – Niedernberg – Aschaffenburg

Within the framework of this invitation to tender, it awards a public passenger transport contract to one or more operators within its district territory. The public passenger transport contract covers passenger transport services by motor vehicles in accordance with Paragraphs 42 and 43 of the PBefG. The order begins on 01.01.2024 and ends after a term of 103 months on 31.07.2032.
The nominal output volume currently comprises 335,658 Fpl-km for Lot 2 "Bachgau-Mümling" in the regular operating year.
It includes the following lines:
- Line 55 Aschaffenburg – Mömlingen – Obernburg-Elsenfeld
- Line 68 Mömlingen – Eisenbach – Obernburg-Elsenfeld
- Line 78 Schulverband Obernburg
