The nuclear and radiation protection licensing and supervisory authority of the state of Schleswig-Holstein needs expert support for its tasks in the nuclear monitoring of the supply hall, the hall for component testing and the collection point at the location of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht (HZG). The services to be provided include organizational, administrative and technical aspects as well as project management activities.

The administrative activities include, in particular, auditing activities in the operating regulations. Technical inspection activities include, in particular, evaluations of changes, repairs, periodic inspections, etc. on components within and on the above-mentioned buildings. This applies to both documentation checks and on-site inspection. Furthermore, radiation protection assessments and sampling are required when releasing residues from the radiation protection areas. In addition, reviews of specialist reports on the above-mentioned subject areas are required.
