The gross built area of all 4 houses is 1,462 m2 and the gross volume of 5,113 m3. LVDE-0047 (47 and 47a, rue de la Lavande): Construction of two semi-detached houses with 3 bedrooms and garage. The two houses together have a gross built area of 452 m2 and a gross volume of 1,604 m3. LILA-0012-16 (12, 14 and 16 rue des Lilas): Construction of 3 single-family houses with 3 bedrooms and garage. Each house will have a gross built area of about 200 m2. The total gross volume amounts to 2,295 m3.
