The strategy shall be evaluated. Initiatives in the national strategy are directed toward employees and the objective of the evaluation is to see employees consumption and experienced benefit/relevance of the initiatives, and if the initiatives have lead to changed practice. Even though a large portion of the monies in Language Courses goes to initiatives 3 Language municipalities, it is also important that the evaluation highlights if receiving support as a language municipality has added value for local development work in the strategy areas.
