For the summer maintenance of sidewalks and stairs in the area of green areas, sweeping is assumed once a week in the period from 01.04.2024. - 31.10.2024r. and from 01.04.2025r. - 31.10.2025r. (Annex 5 to the Agreement "List of sidewalks and stairs for winter and summer maintenance for 2024-2025").

Comprehensive services in green areas also include emptying street bins, which should be emptied regularly, as they are filled, a disposable waste bag should be put in the bins each time after emptying. It is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the area in the immediate vicinity of the street basket – 1.0 m2. The frequency of emptying street bins is described in detail for each sector in Annex 4 to the Agreement "List of street bins for 2024-2025". The contracting authority may order the basket to be moved within a sector up to 5 times and it is allowed to change the number of baskets in a given sector up to 5 pieces for the entire duration of the contract.

In each of the sectors, the service of purchase, assembly and filling with water according to the needs of special bags, the so-called Treegators (capacity approx. 50 l) for watering young tree seedlings with location according to the Ordering Party's instructions is also assumed.
