The subject of the contract is: Development of technical documentation divided into 2 parts:

Part 1: Extension of national road No. 12 on the section Żagań – Szprotawa,

Part 2: Extension of national road No. 12 on the section Żary – Żagań

Part 1: Development of technical documentation "Extension of national road No. 12 on the section Żagań – Szprotawa"

along with:

- obtaining the LWKZ agreement before commencing design works due to a collision with a monument entered in the provincial register of monuments (linden alley in the town of Chrobrów),

- development of materials for decisions on environmental conditions (ŚU)

and obtaining the above-mentioned decision,

- development of materials for the decision water permit and obtaining

the abovementioned decision,

- development of materials for the decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID) along with obtaining the ZRID decision,

- providing answers at the stage of the tender procedure regarding the selection of the Contractor for construction works,

- performing author's supervision during construction works.

Part 2: Development of technical documentation Extension of national road No. 12 on the section Żary – Żagań

along with:

- development of materials for decisions on environmental conditions (ŚU)

and obtaining the above-mentioned decision,

- development of materials for the decision of the water permit and obtaining the above-mentioned decision,

- development of materials for the decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID) along with obtaining the ZRID decision,

- providing answers at the stage of the tender procedure regarding the selection of the Contractor for construction works,

- performing author's supervision during construction works.
