1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna;
2) transport of the waste referred to in point 1 to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and Selective Waste Sorting Plant, Composting Plant in Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszów;
3) establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna;
2) transport of the waste referred to in point 1 to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and Selective Waste Sorting Plant, Composting Plant in Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszów;
3) establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
3. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of law in force during the term of the contract, in particular:
1) the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended);
2) the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended);
3) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122);
4) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530);
5) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412);
6) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906).
4. The subject matter of the contract also includes:
1) collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties and its transport to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and Selective Waste Sorting Plant, Composting Plant in the city of Slovak Republic. Sigiełki, 37 418 Krzeszów;
2) supplying the property with containers, bags and waste collection racks.
5. Requirements for the contractor:
Equipment enabling the collection of municipal waste from property owners, maintenance of the appropriate sanitary condition of vehicles and waste collection devices, technical requirements for vehicle equipment and the location and equipment of the storage and transport base must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). 2013, item 122).
6. Sanitary standard for the provision of services and environmental protection:
1) the contractor providing waste collection services should comply with the rules resulting from the Environmental Protection Law, the Waste Act, the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and their executive acts;
2) the contractor will provide waste collection and transport services in such a way that waste is not dumped during the transfer of containers to the truck, loading and transport of waste; The contractor will clean up the waste that has been dumped.
