The procurement has two aims. The procurement shall ensure a secure delivery of water meters of the same type for the entire contract period. Furthermore the procurement shall ensure a sufficient number of the same type of meters and additional equipment for both the operation and trial project-water meters.

The aim will be achieved by maintaining the current water meter installations and new establishments of water meter installations for both operation and trial project-water meters.
