The subject of this contract is the procedure pursuant to art. 4 and 15 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 divided into three non-cumulative lots, published at European level for the sole purpose of ensuring maximum participation in accordance with the aforementioned article 4 applicable to the sector of excluded contracts referred to in the same regulatory complex, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a single and distinct contractor for each lot, subscribable pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, referred to here for eadem ratio, as an applicable contractual form, concerning both the "Supply free at destination with delivery to the floor and the supply on site of transmitters for the digital transmission of the radio signal for the extension of the DAB+ network, with related accessories", under the conditions all established in the Technical Specifications and in the Framework Agreement Scheme.

Delivery paid for destination with delivery to the floor and on-site supply of transmitters for the digital diffusion of the radio signal for the extension of the DAB+ network, with related accessories - Lot 1

Lot 1 Supply of DAB-T transmitters equal to Euro € 820,000.00, excluding VAT of which:

o Euro 800,000.00 for free supply to the floor and / or supply on site, of diffusion systems

or Euro 20,000.00 for indirect security costs for interfering risks not subject to reduction.

Delivery free at destination with delivery to the floor and on-site supply of transmitters for the digital transmission of the radio signal for the extension of the DAB+ network, with related accessories - Lot 2

Lot 2 Supply of DAB-T transmitters equal to Euro € 660,000.00, excluding VAT of which:

o Euro 650,000.00 for free supply to the floor and / or on-site supply of diffusion systems;

or Euro 10,000.00 for indirect security costs for interfering risks not subject to reduction.

Lot 3 Supply of DAB – T transmitters equal to Euro € 510,000.00 excluding VAT of which:

o Euro 500,000.00 for free supply to the floor and / or on-site supply of diffusion systems;

or Euro 10,000.00 for indirect security costs for interfering risks not subject to reduction.
