the purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of printing paper to the various CMAR Paca sites.

The framework agreement is the subject of a single lot.

This Framework Agreement shall be concluded in accordance with the formalised procedure. This is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

The services give rise to a single-awarding framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, without minimum and with a maximum value of 90,000 euros (T.T.C.) for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In case of renewal, the maximum amount will also be 90,000 euros (T.T.C.) per renewal period.

For information, the estimated annual amount of consumption is 60,000 euros (T.T.C.) (based on consumption for the years 2021-2022).

The estimated date of commencement of the performance of the services is scheduled for December 2022

The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply printing paper to the various sites of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region (CMAR Paca).

These sites are spread over the six (6) departments of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region.
