The purpose of this contract is the removal, by "door-to-door" collection, of various types of waste (household and similar, bulky) according to specific methods and periodicity by type, the transport (including unloading) of this waste, if necessary to imposed places.

The treatment of waste, at the end of transport, is not part of the contract (except for the container of the works department).

With regard to the container of the works department, the tenderer undertakes to empty it (see lot 1 - mission 2) and to take it to an approved treatment centre.

It will be strictly forbidden for the successful tenderer to take over, on the occasion of a collection covered by the contract, waste not covered by the contract.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

LOT 1 : Separate collection of household and similar waste

Place of provision of the service: Communal entity of... (see contract documents)

Comments: LOT 1:

With regard to the container of the works department, the tenderer undertakes to empty it (see lot 1 - mission 2) and to take it to an approved treatment centre.

Mission 1 :

- the "door-to-door" selective collection of household and similar waste sorted at source into organic fraction (kitchen waste and garden waste) and residual fraction by "bags + bags" (two types of bags);

- the selective "door-to-door" collection of household and similar waste sorted at source in organic fraction and residual fraction by containers for the various municipal services (schools, sports centres, administrations, CPAS, cemeteries, etc.);

Mission 2 :

- the selective "door-to-door" collection of household and similar waste sorted at source in organic and residual fractions: container of the works department;

MISSION 3:

- the provision of special and exceptional services by their limited scope and duration for the selective "door-to-door" collection of household waste;

LOT 2: Collection of household bulky items
