The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for 6 participants in the group purchase of electricity (GZEE) with a total estimated amount of 8 925 856.75 kWh to 487 PPE on the terms set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and on the implementing acts issued on its basis.

2.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for 6 participants in the group purchase of electricity (GZEE) with a total estimated amount of 8 925 856.75 kWh to 487 PPE on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and on the implementing acts issued on its basis. 2.2 The supply of electricity in this public contract will be carried out in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 2.3 Ensuring supplies will take place through the purchase of the necessary volume of energy in the annual contract for 2023 (according to the BASE_Y-23 index listed on the Polish Power Exchange, i.e. TGE). The decision on the date and terms of purchase will be made by the Authorized Ordering Party or another entity (person) duly authorized (a). The actual value of the contract will therefore depend on the purchase price of the annual contract BASE_Y-23 and the Contractor's margin and mandatory charges (excise duty, property rights, taxes, etc.). The method of determining the price conditions of deliveries is described in detail in the model Sales Agreement – Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. 2.4 The total number of GZEE participants is 6 entities as at the date of announcement of the proceedings.
