The subject of this Order is the execution of the following elements: Design and execution of construction works under the project "Works on railway line 148 on section 148. Pszczyna – Żory'

The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:

1) Design documentation, including:

(a) the construction project together with the fulfilment of copyright supervision,

(b) obtaining a construction permit and other necessary administrative decisions,

(c) the development of an implementation project,

(d) the development of post-built documentation, including surveying post-built documentation,

2) and works within the ranges of:

(a) pavement and undertrack,

(b) track system with drainage

(c) signalling equipment (SRK),

(d) telecommunications equipment and systems,

e) overhead contact line with power supply,

(f) power supply equipment and systems up to 1 kV,

g) engineering structures,

h) platforms and cubature objects,

i) roads, crossings and rail-road crossings,

j) collision with external networks,

(k) geology.

3) works consisting in the construction of facilities for environmental protection.

(4) carrying out the conformity assessment process of structural subsystems

in the scope covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction

and final trials of the subsystem) and the transmission of relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems.
