The subject of the contract is the performance of bus vehicle driving services in regular public transport in PKM sp. z o.o. in Jaworzno, on communication lines established depending on the needs of the Ordering Party in the area of the Ordering Party's transport activity in the maximum amount of 80000 hours.

The Contractor should direct at least 10 drivers on all days of the week: working days and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, who have qualifications specified by law to transport people by public transport buses.

The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all the provisions in force in passenger transport in accordance with the Act on the working time of drivers of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 92, item 879, as amended) and the Act on Road Transport of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2001 No. 125, item 1371, as amended)
