Pori Energia Oy is investing for new biomass power plant in Aittaluoto. The construction of the new power plant will be completed by April 2020 and once in operation it will replace some of the boiler capacity at Aittaluoto. Capacity of the boiler will be around 90 MW and it will supply heat to the city of Pori, process steam to neighbouring industrial clients and power to the grid. The new plant uses biofuels, peat and can also use solid recovered fuel (SRF). This supply consists of LP1 Piping contract includes following systems:

— district heating piping (1,6 MPa, 130 degC),

— carbon steel,

— DN size up to 400 (estimated mass 30 000 kg + supports).

Scope of work includes:

— pipes and pipe parts, prefabrication and installation,

— installation of piping related equipment, for example valves and filters,

— primary and secondary supports (tertiary superstructure by building contractor),

— scaffolding,

— all needed documentation according PED 2014, EN13480.

The following detail design is included in the Suppliers's scope of work:

— final stress analysis and strength calculations, the Purchaser will deliver preliminary stress analysis,

— non-standard pieces calculation and workshop drawings,

— the Supplier will make detail design to the Purchaser's PDMS 3D-model on the Purchaser's preliminary design,

— detail isometric drawings,

— detail support drawings.

Note! Piping supplier is the fabricator of the piping and shall give CE-marking of its scope of work according PED2014. The design, all works, testing and inspections shall be done according to EN13480.
