EU-wide call for tenders for the recycling of organic compost

The RSAG Public Law Institute (RSAG AöR) is responsible for the recycling of high-quality organic material compost produced from organic waste and bearing the RAL quality mark (hereinafter also: compost). The compost is obtained from separately collected organic waste from the organic waste bin and comes from composting plants/compost plants in the Rhein-Sieg district, which belong to the RSAG Group.

According to the specifications of the tender documents, the biocompost is available at the respective named takeover point

and properly utilize/market them, including transport and all necessary

logistics services.

RSAG AöR advertises the order in seven lots, of which lots 1 to 3 concern the acceptance points on the left bank of the Rhine and lots 4 to 7 relate to the acceptance points on the right bank of the Rhine.

Lot limitation:

For this award procedure, a lot limitation applies. This means that bidders may only submit an offer for a maximum of two lots.

Recycling/marketing of organic compost according to tender documents from the Swisttal-Miel compost plant takeover point (left bank of the Rhine), 4,000 - 5,000 mg/a.

In addition, the minimum requirement applies that the recovery sites/areas must be at least 50% of the annual volume within a radius of max. 100 km (as the crow flies) from the takeover point.

Recycling of organic compost composting plant Swisttal-Miel (left bank of the Rhine)

Recycling/marketing of organic compost according to tender documents from the Swisttal-Miel compost plant takeover point (left bank of the Rhine), 4,000 - 5,000 mg/a.

In addition, the minimum requirement applies that the recovery sites/areas must be at least 50% of the annual volume within a radius of max. 100 km (as the crow flies) from the takeover point.

Recycling of organic compost compost plant Gut Müttinghoven (on the left bank of the Rhine)

Recycling/marketing of organic compost according to tender documents from the Gut Müttinghoven compost plant takeover point (left bank of the Rhine), 3,500 - 4,500 mg/a.

In addition, the minimum requirement applies that the recovery sites/areas must be at least 50% of the annual volume within a radius of max. 100 km (as the crow flies) from the takeover point.
