carrying out periodic visits on PUMA Sa330 Ba helicopters of the French state stationed in New Caledonia
The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out periodic visits on Sa330 Ba Puma helicopters of the French state stationed in New Caledonia.
This draft framework agreement is subject to the negotiated procedure with prior publicity and call for competition pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L.2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to 12 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
In application of Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-7 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts.
It will include the following services:
- the realization of periodic visits (Vp) as defined in the aircraft maintenance plan (pea);
- the joint performance of recurring services specified in the consultation file, including operations limited to Safran Helicopter Engines " level one " on engines;
- the joint performance of non-recurring services on price table;
- the joint performance of exceptional services on estimate.
The market does not take into account:
- Nti3 maintenance services on OAE cells;
- the Nti2 and Nti3 maintenance services of the engines and their Oae.
The State shall make available to the holder premises on the BA 186 of Tontouta to carry out the visits, as well as certain specific tools, the common tools remaining the responsibility of the holder. The devices will be made available by the state in its premises on the BA 186. The return of the devices will be carried out in these same premises.
