Framework agreement for the performance of remuneration policy services

Pole Stick chooses solutions that do what they promise and strives for evidence-based practice in the field of staff and organization.

To meet these goals and requests from its customers about remuneration policy, Pole Stok will work with framework agreements with specialist service providers operating on the market. Remuneration policies include all activities that may relate to the development, implementation and evaluation of a remuneration policy, including job descriptions, job weighting and job classifications. Consultancy and expertise on flexible remuneration is also included in this tender.

The candidate tenderer is able to include, among other things, the following tasks:

— the layout of job descriptions,

— the layout of a job classification, combining equivalent functions within the same function group,

— a function weighting, which results in a ranking of (reference) functions within an organization,

— the individual weighing of functions in order to know what level the function should be estimated and scaled,

— the development, evaluation and implementation of salary and employment policies,

— conducting salary studies,

— conducting salary benchmarks, based on extensive datasets with a wide range of relevant reference functions, across various sectors,

— supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of flexible remuneration policies,

Within the Arctic Pole Client Group, remuneration policy needs include multiple areas of content as described above. The assignments are often multidisciplinary in nature, making a diverse range of offerings related to the needs of our customers more adequate. In addition, we also see that the remuneration policy market supply is predominantly broad-oriented in terms of service as described above. Organizations that are limited to service around one domain are rather exceptional, which makes a lot layout insufficient.
