This consultation concerns the designation of economic operators, in the form of a framework agreement with multi-attribution order forms, for the performance of missions and studies relating to the management of polluted sites and soils within the framework of project owner activities of EPF Normandy, throughout the Normandy territory. In carrying out its various activities, EPF Normandy is regularly confronted with the theme of polluted sites and soils, which may range from land acquisition to carrying out studies and / or works.

The content of the services, and their conditions of execution, are specified in the CCTP and are defined by the methodological note presented by the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Sea in April 2017 as well as by the requirements of the NFX 31-620 standard.
