The subject of the contract is the purchase of a license and updating the navigation documentation necessary to perform air operations by the Air Rescue Service, broken down into tasks.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract are Annexes No. 2A (Task No. 1), 2B (Task No. 2), 2C (Task No. 3), 2D (Task No. 4), 2E (Task No. 5), 2F (Task No. 6) and 2G (Task No. 7) to the SWZ.

(1) Databases of navigation approach cards of the area covering Europe (VFR) and (Worldwide) IFR with updates.

(2) Databases of navigation approach cards covering Europe (VFR) and Europe, the Mediterranean, North Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Europe and the Middle East (IFR) with updates.

3) Databases of navigation approach cards of the area covering Eastern Europe and Germany (VFR) and IFR with updates.

(4) Flight planning programme capable of at least illustrating aerodrome plans, approach and departure cards, navigation information, frequencies, airspace division, meteo information, NOTAM dispatches and other aeronautical data for areas complying with points 1, 2, 3.

5) VFR flight planning program to be used as an aid in planning and navigating VFR flights.

1) NavData base for P180 Piaggio Avanti (Universal Avionics) with magnetic declination update.

2) NavData Base and IFIS maps for the P180 Piaggio Avanti II (Rockwell Collins) aircraft with a magnetic declination update.

3) EGPWS and magnetic declination system for P180 Piaggio Avanti II aircraft.

(1) Navigation and magnetic declination database for EC 135 P2+ helicopters covering an area contained in a polygon with the following coordinates: 54N05E, 57N25E, 47N06E, 47N25E.

(2) Database of terrain obstacles Polish on EC 135 P2+ and P3 helicopters and in the FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 simulator.

(3) Navigation database covering the Polish and neighbouring countries, on EC 135 P2+ and P3 helicopters and in the FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 simulator.

4) Maps cooperating with aircraft avionics built on EC 135 P2+, EC 135 P3, FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 and PC flight simulator, covering the Polish terrain, taking into account current magnetic declination corrections.

ARINC 424-16 navigation database working with EC 135 FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 simulator for the area covering its scope.

Databases for 4 EC 135 P3 helicopters equipped with Dual GTN 750 Series devices.

Moving Map simulator software for PC, reflecting the Moving Map of avionics of EC 135 helicopters in P2+ and P3 versions.

1) Databases for Garmin GTN 650 NavData, Obstacle, SafeTaxi, BaseMap, Terrain, Electronic Charts, Airport Directory with access for 4 iPad/PC devices and in a format compatible with Garmin GTN 650 for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for the area covering Europe (Poland and neighboring countries excluding Belarus and Ukraine).

2) NavData databases, Terrain for Aspen Avionics EFD500 devices, for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for the area covering the International area.

3) NavData databases, Terrain for Aspen Avionics EFD1000 devices, for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for the area covering the International area.

NavData, Airport Directory, Basemap, Obstacles, SafeTaxi, Terrain, Electronic Charts containing IFR and VFR approach cards in Garmin G5000 compatible format for 2 LearJet 75 Liberty aircraft, for the worldwide coverage area.
