The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of test tools with the accompanying services.

The framework agreement shall cover NAV's need for.

— tools and services that support a general test process in NAV for the development of systems, as well as the integration of standard products and cloud systems in the systems.

— advice on and services for relevant products within the procurement areas.

The framework agreement shall be established on the basis of licences for NAV's existing portfolio of test tools, which NAV owns and which are described in the framework agreement for the procurement of test tools Annex 1. The tenderer shall provide support for the test tools throughout the contract period.

In the contract period NAV shall have the option to obtain new test tools, replace test tools and go from licensed products for test tools to test tools provided as cloud services.

NAV is improving processes for system development and management in order to achieve better quality and lower costs. The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer flexibility in the choice and use of test tools, so that they reflect NAV's requirements.

The contract shall initially cover NAV's requirements for continuing maintenance of existing tools, for which NAV already owns the licences. In the longer term, within the limits of the procurement, we could want to take away parts of the current tool portfolio and replace them with alternative products and services, including possible cloud services.

NAV would like to use the framework agreement to buy:

— standard software (for the installation of NAV's technical platform with the accompanying maintenance services),

— cloud services (provided with agreed performance with the accompanying maintenance services),

— advice on relevant products within the procurement's areas and.

— any other accompanying services.
