The order concerns the development of comprehensive documentation for the stage of the program concept along with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the investment entitled: Optimization of the capacity of national road No. 47 from approx. km 21+100 to approx. km 27+950 on the Nowy Targ – Szaflary section.

The subject of the Order is:

Development of design documentation at the stage of the Programme Concept (KP) together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions (DŚU) for the investment entitled: Optimization of the capacity of national road No. 47 from approx. km 21+100 to approx. km 27+950 on the Nowy Targ – Szaflary section.

The order includes:

Stage I and II - Execution of design works under the Program Concept, the aim of which is:

- preliminary determination of the material and financial scope of the project and determination of its effectiveness,

- clarification of the course of individual variants (based on the analysis of variants

and opinions obtained) and the final determination of the types and basic technical parameters of buildings,

- providing information to make a preliminary investor decision on the advisability, scope and time horizon of the implementation of the investment task,

- enabling obtaining a decision on environmental conditions;

- clarification of the material and financial scope consisting in determining detailed geometric solutions of roads, road structures of engineering objects, field boundaries of the investment task and bill of quantities of works

and their cost estimate for key elements of the project,

- defining guidelines for the construction project,

- performing a multi-criteria analysis enabling the Ordering Party to choose the most advantageous technical variants for further implementation.
