The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the supply of active electricity, in the forecasted total amount during the term of the contract of approximately 22.2 GWh for the following Parties to the agreement:

• Liw Commune – acting in the proceedings as the Leader of the Purchasing Group

and

• Municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki,

• Gmina Łochów,

• City of Hungarians,

• Commune of Zaręby Kościelne,

• Commune of Mszczonów,

• Commune of Baranów,

• City of Sokołów Podlaski,

• City and Commune of Wiskitki,

• Municipality of Nowa Sucha.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract ("OPZ"), constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ, contains a list of PPE (attachments from 8.a to 8.j in the catalog of Annex 8 to the SWZ), i.e. energy consumption points that will be served as part of the order.
