1. The subject of the contract covered by the present proceedings is the collection and management (recovery or neutralization) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from real estate located in the Town and Municipality of Biała Rawska. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers and offers in the form of electronic catalogues.

3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

4. A detailed description and method of execution of the order can be found in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject-matter of the contract concerned is:

1.1. Receiving and landscaping (recovery or disposal) indicated in the description of the object of the order of municipal waste from properties located within the City and Municipality of Biała Rawska, on which residents reside, there are cottages and other properties used on recreational and recreational purposes.

1.2. Collection and management of municipal waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in particular in Articles 17 – 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (t.j.Dz of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, reduction of landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), and executive acts to these acts, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Provincial Waste Management Plan as well as the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city and municipality of Biała Rawska.

1.3. Equipment with containers and containers of the selective waste collection point and collection of waste from the point.

1.4. Supplying residents (with the exception of residents in multi-family buildings) with bags for selective waste collection, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906)

1.5. The Contractor shall indicate in the offer the municipal installations to which the waste will be transferred.
