General planning for the new replacement "Functional and Utility Building South" in the southern part of Leipzig / Halle Airport with the following service profiles:

- building project planning,

- outdoor facilities,

- traffic facilities,

- Structural planning

- Technical equipment.

HOAI service phases 3, 4, 6 and 7 are to be planned on the basis of the existing planning results. For the construction of the property, the bundling of the construction work is planned in a general contractor / general contractor contract. The aim is to enable system construction or the use of prefabricated parts for reasons of time and costs. In service phase 6, a functional description of services must therefore be drawn up according to the client's specifications.

The services to be commissioned are divided into the following project stages for the aforementioned service areas:

- Project stage 1: draft planning and approval planning (HOAI service phases 3 and 4,

- Project stage 2: Preparation of a functional description of services and participation in the award (HOAI service phases 6 and 7).

A permanent contract is planned for project stage 1. There is no entitlement to retrieval of project stage 2. The contractor cannot derive any rights from a non-commissioning with project level 2.
