Lot 1: Collection and transport of residual waste and biowaste

Note: The containers required for the collection of residual waste and organic waste are available in the collection area and are provided by the client.

Collection and transport of residual waste:

• Collection of residual waste with 35 l, 50 l, 60 l, 80 l, 120 l, 240 l containers every 14 l (incl. removal of 70 l additional, instead of and winter emergency bags), approx. 26 emptyings per year

• Collection of residual waste with 1,100 l containers on demand and as required using a system for electronic container identification and recording of the emptying frequency

• Transport of the collected residual waste to the delivery point specified by the customer (TREA Breisgau for the "direct municipalities" and transfer station in Freiburg for the "railway municipalities")

• Implementation of the container change service and container inventory maintenance (incl. installation and maintenance of gravity locks as required)

• The delivery of the garbage bags is carried out by the client. The acceptance, storage and distribution of the waste bags at the points of sale (additional bags) or to the customer (Stattsäcke) or to the municipalities (winter emergency bags) must be carried out by the contractor (delivery of additional bags: within 14 days of request; Delivery of Stattsäcke: once a year; Winter emergency bags: within two working days of request).

• Optional: Delivery/purchase of gravity locks for waste collection containers

Collection and transportation of organic waste:

• Collection of organic waste with 60 l, 120 l and 240 l containers (incl. 70 l leaf bags) every 14 days; in addition, seven additional emptyings from mid-June to mid-September (a total of approx. 33 emptyings per year)

• Transport of the collected organic waste to the delivery point specified by the customer (currently fermentation plant RETERRA Freiburg GmbH)

• Implementation of the container change service and container inventory maintenance (incl. installation and maintenance of gravity locks as required)

• The presentation of the leaf bags is carried out by the client. The acceptance, storage and distribution of the waste bags to the issuing points must be carried out by the contractor (within two working days of request).

• Optional: Delivery/purchase of gravity locks for waste collection containers

• Optional: Use of a collection vehicle with biowaste detection on both fillings

Lot 2: Collection and transport of (residual) bulky waste, waste wood and large electrical appliances of SG 1 and 4 (incl. recycling of waste wood)

Note: In the future, the collection and transport of (residual) bulky waste and waste wood/furniture will be carried out separately.

• Street collection of (residual) bulky waste and waste wood (old furniture) on demand within five weeks of registration; Handling of the registration system by the client

• Twice-yearly collection of (residual) bulky waste and waste wood in large residential complexes specified by the client on fixed dates, without separate registration

• Express collection of bulky waste (incl. waste wood) and large electrical appliances (collection groups 1 and 4) within five working days after registration

• Transport of the collected quantities of (residual) bulky waste and large electrical appliances (SG 1 and 4) to the delivery points specified by the customer. (Rest) Bulky waste is to be transported to TREA Breisgau for the "direct municipalities" and to a transfer station in Freiburg for the "railway communities".

• Transport of the separately collected waste wood (old furniture) to a delivery point of the contractor and subsequent recycling. The recycling service is limited to three years (until 31.12.2026). From 01.01.2027, the waste wood will be handed over to a third party still to be commissioned at the point of delivery.
