Acceptance and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 to an installation with the status of a Municipal Installation on the List of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, conducted on the basis of Article 38b of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022.699 i.e.).

The expected amount of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to be managed during the entire duration of the contract is about 4,000 Mg. This waste comes from municipalities from the Przasnysz poviat.

Acceptance of waste for management may take place only by a waste treatment installation with the status of a Municipal Installation on the List of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, conducted on the basis of Art. 38b of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022.699, i.e.) in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling or recovery and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the content Act of 13.09.1996 "on maintaining cleanliness and order in Municipalities" (Journal of Laws 2022.1297, i.e. j).

Waste for the installation will be delivered by the Ordering Party. Therefore, the Ordering Party requires that the Municipal Installation be located at a maximum distance of 70 km from the equipment and warehouse base at 47 Leszno Street in Przasnysz. This is due to the costs and time of transport of the Ordering Party (processing capacity of the Ordering Party).

Acceptance and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 to the entity operating a waste treatment installation with appropriate permits, located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

The amount of biodegradable waste expected to be managed throughout the term of the contract is about 800 Mg. This waste comes from municipalities from the Przasnysz poviat.

Acceptance of waste for management may take place only by an installation with appropriate permits for the treatment of municipal waste in the field of waste recovery or disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022.699, i.e. j.)

Waste for the installation will be delivered by the Ordering Party (in bulk and in bags). Therefore, the Ordering Party requires that the entity operating the waste treatment installation, having appropriate permits, be located at a maximum distance of 70 km from the equipment and storage base at 47 Leszno Street in Przasnysz. Admission and development of mixed packaging waste code 15 01 06 to a waste treatment plant with relevant permits located in the Masovian Voivodeship.

The amount of mixed packaging waste for the entire duration of the contract is approximately 700 Mg. This waste comes from municipalities from the district of przasnysk.
