The framework agreements are offered by Rødovre Municipality on behalf of Rødovre Municipal District Heating Supply (hereinafter "RKF").

The project includes an expansion of the district heating network in two single-family house areas located in Rødovre Municipality. The areas are located north and south of Roskildevej, respectively. The two detached house areas are divided into two independent framework agreements, each covering the construction and pipe works in one single-family house area.

The framework agreement for the detached house area north of Roskildevej (framework agreement 1) covers the construction of approx. 12.6 km of main and distribution lines as well as 894 potential customer connections. The task is expected to be divided into 12 smaller stages, of which two (2) stages are expected to be completed during 2023, while the remaining stages will be distributed fairly evenly in the remaining calendar years up to and including 2026.

For the framework agreement, support of approximately 80% of potential customers is expected.

RKF expects to take advantage of the framework agreement by placing an order for the first two stages, which are expected to be completed during 2023, immediately after the framework agreement is concluded. Subsequently, RKF expects to place one (1) annual order for construction and pipe works for the next calendar year, thereby achieving a steady workload throughout the year.

All parts for the pre-insulated pipe system are supplied by Rødovre Municipal District Heating Supply, as a client delivery. The client delivery must be picked up by the contractor as it is to be consumed.

The tendered task does not include plumbing and electrical works or the supply of district heating units carried out in other contracts.

At the time of conclusion of the framework agreement, it is RKF's expectation that the maximum volume under the framework agreement will be 12.6 km of main pipeline supplying 894 potential customers in the area (hereinafter "the Framework").

The framework is based on an estimate which takes into account, in particular, the uncertainty affecting the district heating area, including the number of connections to the district heating network.

Up to six months before the expiry of the framework agreement, the RCF may increase the framework by 10 % of the abovementioned quantity. The frame can thus be increased to a total of 13.86 km of main line.

With the framework agreement, RKF does not undertake to purchase a specific quantity or value of works from the main contractor. Thus, the main contractor cannot claim adjustment of the prices offered, compensation, compensation or other compensation if RKF orders fewer works than provided for or described in the framework agreement or its annexes.
