1. The subject of the contract is the Organization of the Paid Parking Zone and Municipal Buffer Parking Lots in the city of Świebodzin, and administration.
2. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ together with attachments.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the Organization of the Paid Parking Zone and Municipal Buffer Parking Lots in the city of Świebodzin, and administration.
1.1. The organization and administration of the Paid Parking Zone, hereinafter referred to as SPP, will be carried out in accordance with the resolutions of the City Council in Świebodzin on the establishment of the Paid Parking Zone, the introduction of fees for parking motor vehicles in the Paid Parking Zone, the amount of parking rates, the amount of additional fees and the method of their collection on the determination of Municipal Buffer Paid Parking Lots located outside public roads in Świebodzin, rules for the use of municipal buffer paid car parks located outside public roads
in Świebodzin, determining the amount of parking fees, the amount of additional fees and the method of their collection, and in the event of a change in resolutions in accordance with the conditions specified therein.
1.2. The task has been divided into two stages:
Stage I – preparatory consisting in the organization of road traffic, equipping SPP with ticket vending machines – parking meters, implementation and administration of parking payment services, organization of the Paid Parking Service Office, launch of a computer Data Processing Center.
Stage II – running the SPP office, controlling compliance with the SPP regulations.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
