This contract is a service contract for the design and creation of a communication and marketing campaign (including the production of all media, the establishment of partnerships and the reservation and purchase of media out of TV) for the cheese sector.
Following the study conducted in August 2018 and January 2019, the service provider will propose a marketing strategy for 2019, 2020, 2021.
The service provider must ensure the initialization and implementation of marketing actions.
A detailed description of the methodology to be implemented must be provided in the offer.
The actions explained below are essential cheese campaigns that must necessarily be detailed in the offer.
In addition, it is open to the service provider to propose other actions within the maximum total budget of 250 000 EUR TVAC per year. In this case, the tenderer will carefully distinguish all the options he wishes to propose.
The offer will also include the prospects envisaged for the 2020 and 2021 campaigns in case of renewal (s) of the market.
