Education and training services. A Continuous Professional Development contract is required to support the functional skills development and CPD needs of DE&S Finance staff. Two different kinds of support are required:

a) provision of expertise in design and assembly of training material content;

b) delivery of training sessions to MOD finance staff audiences at UK MOD locations of generally between 2-4 hours duration, possibly up to one day's duration, including production/printing of training material as and when necessitated by the development interventions designed at a) and/or selected "off the shelf" interventions which are then tailored to the audience's needs using real or mocked-up DE&S business examples and scenarios and MOD terminology.
