2.The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and the WZ.

1.The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the operation of the building of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa at 1c Artyleryjska Street.

2.The subject of the contract includes a metering system (energy consumption point) No PPE 590322428100554318 (in tariff group G11; contractual power 72 kW)

3.The maximum amount of electricity that can be supplied during the term of the contract shall be estimated at 27 000 kWh for the point of consumption billed in tariff group G11.

4.The minimum amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the contract is estimated at 10 000 kWh for a point of consumption to be settled in tariff group G11.

5.The Ordering Party has a separate agreement for PPE for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., concluded for an indefinite period.

6. At present, the Central School of PSP in Częstochowa is bound by an agreement covering the sale of electricity with the Contractor: ENTRADE Sp. z o.o.,

7. The Seller must have a current agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator (DSO): TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the DSO distribution network to the Ordering Party's collection point. The Seller must submit a statement on having a concluded contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with DSOs in the form of the original to the Ordering Party at the latest on the day of signing the contract. The content of the statement should show that the bidder has concluded an agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. and its number, date of conclusion and the period for which it was concluded should be provided. It is recommended to use the model statement prepared by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 6 to the swz.

8. On behalf of the Buyer, the Seller shall complete all technical requirements and formalities related to the procedure of changing the seller and ensuring the distribution of the electricity sold in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Buyer shall grant the Seller an appropriate power of attorney to perform the above-mentioned activities.

9.The Contractor shall ensure the commercial balancing of the Contracting entity, which will be calculated and included in the offered price.
