The Haaglanden Environment Agency wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the provision of services related to the purchase of media space, hereinafter referred to as Media Purchasing.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The size of the Assignment is estimated at EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per year, the total amount (including any extensions) is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT. This amount is based on historical expenditure and is only intended as an indication. the contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. The ODH has no purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee.
