There will be 1 contract for transportation and treatmend of food waste from households from Vesar total geographic area. About 60 % of waste amount shall be picked up at transfer station in Tønsberg and 40 % in Larvik. Contractor will be the owner of the waste fraction uploaded at transfer station and are responsible for transport, treatment and downstream solutions for all products.

The contractor must have necessary capacity to receive and treat the actual amount in contract, have necessary permissions and ensure optimal usage of biogas and fertilizer produced. All waste shall be weight on weight brigde and documentation for each load will be basis for reporting.
