Task 1: Emptying street and park baskets and maintaining the current cleanliness of urban areas in Legionowo and the underground passage of the Legionowo station;

Task 2: Collection and management of solid impurities from the building of the Information and Administrative Center at 41 J. Piłsudskiego Street in Legionowo and the Arena Legionowo hall at B. Chrobrego 50 B street in Legionowo

1. The subject of the contract is the emptying of street and park baskets and the maintenance of the current cleanliness of the urban areas in Legionowo and the underground passage of the Legionowo station.

2. Current range:

1) daily emptying of 480 pieces of street and park baskets, replacement of bin cartridges, transport of waste and landscaping, keeping clean around the baskets,

2) daily maintenance in the current cleanliness of the underground passage of the Legionowo station along with winter removal of slipperiness with an area of 478.2 m2, maintenance of current cleanliness of streets, pedestrian routes and urban areas with a total paved area of 41 460.2 m2, with a total area of 23 417.60 m2 and street length of 3 100 m,

3) washing 480 pieces of street and park baskets including cartridges and caps 1 time a month.

3. Periodic scope:

1) washing and removing dirt from floors, stairs, handrails and the interior of elevators in the underground passage of the Legionowo station – estimated amount 1 time per week – estimated area: 2 280 m2,

2) cleaning and removal of solid impurities from the indicated areas 1 time per week with a total area of: 8 697.8 m2 and street length of 300 m.

4. Intervention scope: in intervention for telephone or personal additional emptying of baskets and cleaning of the area around them.

5. The scope of the additional order:

1) washing of plinths, walls painted with emulsion, glaze, steel blinds in the underground passage of Legionowo station, estimated quantity 1 time per month — estimated area: 774.05 m2

2) mechanical treatment of postimum local streets with pollution exports and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated length 97 km,

3) mechanical summer cleaning of municipal streets with pollution removal and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated length: 700 km,

4) sweeping pedestrian routes with the export of pollutants and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated amount: 2 400 000 m2,

5) mowing road lanes of streets and urban areas with waste management in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated amount: 2 500 000 m2,

6) service of special events – estimated number: no more than 10 events organized by the City Hall in the field of setting up portable baskets, emptying them during the event and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated quantity: 50 bags from portable baskets,

7) manual cleaning of waste management areas in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated amount: 2 400 000 m2,

8) taking over and managing waste collected in plastic bags during intervention actions organized by the Department of Municipal Economy of the Legionowo City Hall and the Municipal Guard in Legionowo – estimated amount: 400 m3,

9) raking leaves in green areas along with waste management in accordance with applicable regulations – estimated amount: 1 350 000 m2,

10) taking over and developing leaves from road lanes accumulated in bags – estimated quantity: 50 m3,

11) removal by means of herbicides (herbicides) of ruderal weeds in the areas indicated by the Ordering Party – estimated amount: 6 200 m2.

6. During the lifetime of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to:

1) to have the current entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners in Legionov, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities,

2) to have an up-to-date entry in the Register of Enters of Products, Products in Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) maintained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 49 (1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the transport of waste subject to orders.

7. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of solid impurities from the facilities of the Legionowo Municipal Municipality of the Legionowo City Hall.

8. Data for the building on March Street. J. Piłsudski 41:

1) Type, quantity and capacity of devices: 4 x SM 1100l for collecting solid impurities: (containers: 1 pcs. paper, 1 pcs. plastic/metal, 2 pcs. non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste), 1 x SM 770l for collecting solid impurities (glass), 1x120l for collecting impurities (biodegradable kitchen waste)

2) Determination of the parties in the scope of renting containers: ownership of the Ordering Party;

3. Frequency (time limits) of export:

a) 3 x SM 1100 twice a week (codes: 1 x 20 01 01 – paper and paperboard, 2 x 20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and/or by telephone.

b) 1 x SM 1100 once every two weeks (codes: 1 x 20 01 39/20 01 40 – plastics/metals) on Thursdays (starting from 12 January 2023) and/or on telephone.

c) 1 x SM 770 once every four weeks (codes: 1 x 20 01 02 – glass) on Thursdays (starting from 26 January 2023) and/or on telephone.

d) 1 x 120l once every four weeks (codes: 1 x 20 01 08 – Biodegradable kitchen waste) on Thursdays (starting from 26 January 2023) and/or on telephone.

9. Data for the building at B. Chrobrego Street 50B, 05-120 Legionowo

1) Type, quantity and capacity of devices: 3 x SM 1100l for collecting solid impurities: (containers: 1 pcs. paper, 1 pcs. plastic/metal, 1 pc. Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste), 1 x SM 770l for solid waste collection (glass), 1x120l for waste collection (biodegradable kitchen waste)

2) Determination of the parties in the scope of renting containers: within the scope of point 3 - the property of the Ordering Party, in the scope of point 4 - the property of the Contractor

3) Export frequency (timing)

(a) (a) 2 x SM 1100 once a week (coded 1 x 20 01 39/20 01 40 – plastics/metals, 1 x 20 01 01 – paper and paperboard) on Thursdays and/or on telephone

b) 1 x SM 1100 twice a week (codes: 1 x 20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and/or on telephone call

c) c) 1 x SM 770 once every two weeks (codes: 1 x 20 01 02 – glass) on Thursdays (starting from 26 January 2023) and/or on telephone call

d) d) 1 x 120l once every four weeks (codes: 1 x 20 01 08 – Biodegradable kitchen waste) on Thursdays (starting from 26 January 2023) and/or by telephone.

4) Container KP-7 (code 20 02 01 — Biodegradable waste, 20 03 07 — bulky waste) delivery and reception on call.

10. The Ordering Party estimates the following number of exports during the performance of the contract in question:

1) 20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – 312 pcs.

2) 20 01 01 – paper and cardboard – 156 pcs.

3) 20 01 39/20 01 40 – plastics/metals – 78 pcs.

4) 20 01 02 – glass – 26 pcs.

5) 20 01 08 – Biodegradable kitchen waste – 26 pcs.

6) container KP-7 – 10 pcs.

11. The cost of renting the delivered KP-7 container should be included in the unit prices for the collection of solid waste.

12. Throughout the entire period of performance of the contract, the contractor is obliged to:

1) to have the current entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners in Legionov, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities,

2) to have an up-to-date entry in the Register of Enters of Products, Products in Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) maintained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 49 (1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the transport of waste subject to orders.
