The subject of the contract is to design and build the Proszowice bypass in the system along the provincial road No. 776 in the scope of stage II covering the section from the existing roundabout at the intersection of provincial roads No. 775 and 776 in the city. Proszowice to be included in the provincial road No. 775 in front of the existing bridge on the Jakubowicki stream – as a G-class road in a new track, single-carriageway with two lanes and a length of approx. 2.3 km.

This order is an investment / project that has received a preliminary promise regarding co-financing from the Government Fund FOR POLAND ŁAD: Strategic Investment Program, under which this project is to be implemented.

The order includes:

a) development of design documentation along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) and all other administrative decisions, arrangements and opinions necessary to implement the investment task – based on applicable law, functional and utility program (PFU), decision on environmental conditions of 23/09/2022 issued by the Mayor of the Commune and City of Proszowice and the concept developed for the task;

b) execution of construction works involving the construction of a road with the necessary accompanying infrastructure – based on the design documentation made by the Contractor, taking into account the requirements resulting from the decision on environmental conditions and the opinions and arrangements obtained.

Detailed specification of the item of the order shall include the Description of the item of the order (OPZ) constituting SWZ 1.
