The subject of the construction project is the construction of a 3-storey school building.

Part of the service description are extended shell construction work including earthworks and waterproofing work as well as civil engineering work in the course of backfilling the excavation pits.

The building has an L-shaped floor plan with the dimensions of

approx. 39.6 m x 41.8 m, a width of approx. 13.6 m and a height over terrain of

approx. 11.0 m. The school building will be built in a solid reinforced concrete skeleton construction and has only a basement in parts.

The tender includes the following electrotechnical systems:

House call and bell system, house alarm system, burglar alarm system, transmission network. In parts of the building, a surface-mounted installation (pipe installation) is to be made.
