The Municipal Association of Collaboration Recycling and Environment - SÅM invites tenders regarding — Loading, transport and treatment of pressure-impregnated wood waste- according to the instructions and accompanying documents below.

The mission includes the following elements:

· The seller is responsible for loading

· The seller assumes responsibility for the goods by dealing with the pressure-impregnated wood waste when loading.

· The seller is responsible for transporting the pressure-impregnated timber to the approved receiver.

· The seller reports to the buyer descriptive quantities/volumes and reception facility.

· The Buyer draws up a power of attorney so that the Seller may perform the Buyer's reporting obligation to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency for the waste collected by this Agreement. Any reporting costs shall be included in the tender offer.
