It is assumed that the bidders/bidding consortia make use of the services of Deutsche Post AG in accordance with § 11 (1) in conjunction with § 28 (1) PostG in the context of letter transport for partial services. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. Bidders/consortium may also provide all partial services in full themselves or have them provided by subcontractors. If the bidder/consortium makes use of partial services provided by Deutsche Post AG, the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Post AG shall apply in this respect. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contractor must submit the partial service contracts.
