The draft contract and PQQ can be obtained from the Contact Person as per I.1 above - this is an EU Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund funded contract for consultancy services relating to the Lake Victoria Marine Transport Project including:

— Market forecasting;

— Marine logistics, with an emphasis on lake/river transport with limited onshore facilities;

— Emerging market supply chains;

— Capability to project manage a complex set of tasks, including the requirements of interactivity.

The contract duration will be approximately 120 days.

Consultancy services to commence immediately following signature of the Contract and complete them by the end of September 2014.
